Data Protection
The schools of the Oxlip Learning Partnership collect and use certain types of personal information about staff, learners, students, parents, trustees, local board members and other individuals in order to provide education and associated functions. The Trust and/or its schools may be required by law to collect and use certain types of information to comply with statutory obligations related to employment, education and safeguarding, and this policy is intended to ensure that all personal information is dealt with properly and securely and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other related legislation.
Our schools aim to ensure that all personal data collected about staff, learners, parents and carers, governance members, visitors and other individuals is collected, stored and processed in accordance with UK data protection law.

Data protection officer (DPO)
The Trust has appointed the services listed below as its data protection officers. Their role is to inform and advise the Trust on its data protection obligations.
