Data Protection

 

The Oxlip Learning Partnership (the Trust) collects and uses certain types of personal information about a number of stakeholders, including staff, learners, parents, trustees, local board members, suppliers and other individuals in order to provide education and associated functions. The Trust and/or its schools may be required by law to collect and use certain types of information to comply with statutory obligations related to employment, education and safeguarding, and our Data Protection Policy is intended to ensure that all personal information is dealt with properly and securely and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other related legislation. 

Our aim is to ensure that all personal data collected by the Trust and our schools is stored and processed in accordance with UK data protection law.

Data protection officer (DPO)
