Required from January 7th, 2025, we are looking for a dedicated Librarian to join our team.
The successful candidate will be managing a well-stocked and organised environment, that supports all areas of the curriculum and encourages pupil learning as well as reading to and with the pupils. Knowledge of Boom reader and Accelerated Reader is preferable but not essential, as the successful candidate will be fully trained.
Knowledge / experience of Junior Librarian programme, GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in both Maths and English are all essential.
This is a permanent post working 15 hours per week, Ideally, we would like 3 x 5 hour shifts however, this can be discussed at interview, 38 weeks per year. Your Salary will be £8,255 - £8,518 depending on experience.
You will:
- Have knowledge / experience of Junior Librarian programme
- Be Trustworthy and efficient
- Have excellent attention to detail

- Have the ability to work with limited supervision
- Be committed, punctual and reliable
