Copleston High School is a popular 11-18 mixed comprehensive noted for its caring and disciplined atmosphere. It was judged as a ‘good school with outstanding features’ by Ofsted in December 2023.  As a school we are committed to raising standards of learning.

We are looking to appoint a Teacher of Food Technology.  It would be desirable if they can offer a second specialism at KS3 and potentially KS4.

We welcome applications from inspirational teachers who will be technically knowledgeable in both theory and practical lessons with a passion for delivering an innovative and dynamic curriculum. A driven individual you will provide education at an exceptional level to engage and enthuse students so that each individual will flourish with a love of learning.

Are you:

  • enthusiastic and well-qualified;
  • able to teach Food Technology up to KS4 and a second specialism at KS3;
  • a good team member who has individual flair;
  • looking to make a significant contribution to successful departments
  • keen to innovate and keep up with current trends
